AICNY Goes Pink!
The AICNY invites you to Go Pink in support of breast cancer awareness month! Join us October 15th in Little Italy for a delicious celebration in support of breast cancer research. Located in the courtyard of the Most Precious Blood Church, experience more than a dozen amazing chefs, each at their own station, cooking delicious fresh pasta in a parmesan wheel. Sample them all while you support the critical research needed to find a cure for breast cancer.
Ticket Price: $25 per person for 4 Pasta Tastings
You can purchase tickets now in the upper right hand corner of this page. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a PDF ticket via email that you should print and bring to the event for admission.
This event will support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and the Basilica of St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral Church.

About the Italian Chef Association of New York
The ITALIAN CHEF ASSOCIATION NEW YORK (AICNY) is an organization made up of Italian culinary chefs upholding the strongest values of Italian cuisine abroad. The AICNY was established to maintain interest for Italian food and Italian cuisine in New York. AICNY is open to professional Chefs involved and interested in Italian products and Italian cuisine. We have created a network of Italian distinguished chefs to share ideas, cooking techniques, knowledge, and employment opportunities in NYC. The AICNY was founded in April 2015 currently with 250 members.
